LEGAL INFORMATION
The C4 Group is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization registered with all applicable federal and state agencies. It was incorporated as a nonprofit in October 2005 with the California Secretary of State’s Office.
Brown and Streza, LLP, provides all legal representation for The C4 Group.
No sharing of personal information
The C4 Group will never share your personal information with other organizations. We guarantee that your identity will be kept confidential. Your personal information will only be used for internal The C4 Group purposes.
Security
The C4 Group uses Security Metrics (SSL) Protocol when collecting or transferring credit card information. With the SSL technology, the credit card information you enter while making a donation or purchase is encrypted. Further, The C4 Group undergoes periodic PCI DSS site certification and compliance through Security Metrics.
