The NCFBY's Executive Team is made up of four dynamic people who are committed to serving youth.

Monty L. Hipp is the President of The C4 Group based in Washington DC. Monty serves as chairman of the National Council for Faith-Based Youth. Monty founded Get Real Assemblies, a motivational speaking organization that targets to the junior and senior high school campuses. He is an author, speaker, and respected voice in leadership development. He also was the Founder and President of Creative Communications, an organization that utilized a team of talented individuals in speaking, music, drama and media. He is married to Renee and they have two children, Robby and Ashley.
Brett Hutchinson is currently a consultant helping churches build youth-led ministries. At nineteen years old, Brett was called into ministry. By twenty years old, Brett was leading his first troupe of performers through Europe. These experiences shaped his thinking about the capacity of young people to make deep and lasting commitments to service. He lives in Lexington, OH with his wife Serena and his two children, Lukas and Noah.
John Richmond is the Executive Director of Capital District Youth for Christ. Currently serving on YFC’s National Board of Directors, John has been an integral part of the National Youth for Christ movement since 1977, serving the last 15 years in the Albany area. In this position, he manages 20 staff members, several direct ministry volunteers and is responsible for development, public relations, administration, recruitment and ministry outreach programs. John and his wife, Chris, have been married since 1976, and have two children Johnny and Becky, and a grandchild. The Richmond family has been reaching out to young people for years, not to make a difference in the world, but to make the world different.

Nate Ruch is on the forefront of student ministry at North Central University and is the director of the Center for Youth and Leadership. Nate serves on the Minnesota District Executive Youth Committee and is the father of four boys. Ruch’s passion for ministry is obvious every time he steps in front of an audience. His passionate delivery and poignant messages stir the hearts of young people and bring them face to face with a message that the world needs. Nate has the maturity and experience to lead adult gatherings in topics such as ministering to students in non-Christian settings, preaching that motivates change, and developing small group ministries.
