When entering the career world, most individuals have a group of people that can be called upon as personal references. Youth aging out of foster care often do not have this advantage.

The My Chance Internship Experience exists so that individuals, businesses and organizations can provide internships to motivated foster youth. This will provide these youth with reference networks, practical life skills, and career training. The program will also make it possible for the youth to thrive while gaining experience.
