Monty L. Hipp-President and Founder

Monty L. Hipp is an individual impacting today’s culture. His ability to address current issues and implement solid, life-changing principles is producing astounding results within many groups across the United States, as well as around the world. He is a dynamic communicator and one of the most creative individuals you will meet. Monty speaks to thousands annually and is a sought-after communicator on a variety of topics. He is a leader of leaders.

Monty is the president of The C4 Group, an organization that is addressing national issues impacting youth. Under Monty’s leadership, The C4 Group is working with key solution providers in this country to connect them in a collaborative effort on these issues. His influence and impact is bringing about positive solutions and connecting key leaders regarding vital concerns that affect all those working with and influencing youth.

Monty is an author, speaker, and respected voice in leadership development. He founded Creative Consulting, which provides practical consultation for organizations in the areas of leadership development, organizational management, team building, and strategic planning. He serves as the Founder and Chairman of the National Council for Faith-Based Youth, an organization that influences over four million youth in America.  Monty’s background and influence in the not-for-profit sector, public school arena, local church, and para-church groups enables him to assist with a wide variety of youth-related efforts and organizations.

Monty founded Get Real Assemblies in 1990 as a motivational speaking organization that targets the junior and senior high school campuses of America with a message of challenge, hope, and encouragement. His ability to address relevant issues and connect with students on their level places him in schools all across the country speaking to thousands of students and educators each year.

Monty’s experience includes serving as a local church youth director and as the District Youth Director for Washington State and Northern Idaho. From there, he served on the executive leadership team of a national denomination. Monty also served as President of First Priority of America. He founded Creative Communications, and most recently he served as Vice President, National Initiatives for We Care America in Washington, DC.  

Monty was born in Oklahoma and attended Northwest University in Seattle, Washington. He is married to Renee, and they have two children, a son Robby, who is married to Charity; and a daughter, Ashley.

Monty’s positive outlook on life is contagious; his passion to see individuals challenged to a personal plan of action is transforming lives, helping those in need, and impacting this culture.
