Ethical Revolution is a campaign to get people thinking and talking about a subject they might otherwise avoid – ethical decision-making. The importance of making consistently good, solid choices that are ethically sound is a skill that is becoming more evidently needed in a world that often lacks the ability. Most people want to make good choices and do what is right, and don’t want to do ethically questionable things, they just don’t think about it or know what is ethical or unethical. Additionally, they are facing strong pressures from the many voices seeking to influence their activities and beliefs based upon their ideology.
The approach of the Ethical Revolution is unique; the campaign takes on an issue of ethical ambiguity, provides the individual with a framework that walks them through the journey to reach an ethical decision, gets them dialoguing on issues through a fully-interactive website, and equips them with the means, will, and desire to continue making ethical choices every day in every way. The main tool of doing this is a template we have developed, the template for ethical decision-making, that takes you on a journey from ambiguity, to awareness, to agreement, to action on any given issue. This approach is supported by a curriculum entitled Questions To Live By. Read more...
Initially, the Ethical Revolution partnered with the Gospel Music Association to take on the issue of ethical music and file sharing. For more information on Ethical Revolution, please visit the campaign’s website, ethicalrevolution.com.
