I can honestly say that interning with The C4 Group has been one of the greatest experiences in my life. Monty and the rest of the team have invested a great deal into my development, and as a result, I have been able to grow both as a young leader and as a person. I also have been able to better determine what my giftings and passions are in life as a result of being a Catalyst Intern.

Interns are rarely given the opportunity to have both hands-on experience and influence within an organization. Working with The C4 Group, I’ve been fortunate to have both. Developing ideas and concepts with Monty and the team has made me grow tremendously as a compassionate, young professional. Through mentoring me in work and on a personal level, Monty has taught me the value of positive influence and how I can actually be an affective communicator.
