Everyone enjoys being surrounded by loved ones during the holidays. For many foster youth, however, this is a seemingly impossible wish. A Home for the Holidays ensures that these youth will not have to spend Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years alone.

By setting up a local group, your organization will be connecting local foster youth with a family that is willing and able to host that youth for the holidays. By connecting these families with the youth, a bond can be formed that is life-long. Obviously, some families will not be able to open up their homes. These families can participate by buying gift cards that will be distributed to a local foster youth. The gift card program is also an excellent way for businesses to participate.
