Some disasters are so catastrophic we can't just sit by in our own apathy. The devastating earthquake in Haiti this past week is exactly one of these times. Tens of thousands of people are already dead, and many more are stranded, sick, or dying in what was already one of the most poverty-stricken places on earth. Renee and I can't stop praying for the Haitian people and have been called to personal action.
We have decided to give to Convoy of Hope, a Christ-centered organization already on the ground in Haiti providing much-needed relief. During this time, we want The C4 Group to help, too; our board of directors has prayerfully decided 25% of all C4 donations will be sent directly to Convoy of Hope's Haiti efforts from January 15-30. This gives you the chance to directly support both a critical need abroad and community building in America.

With the New Year, things are really gearing up here at The C4 Group. New partners Affinity Financing and Dr. Steve Brimmer's Church Futures are further developing the Care Strategy alongside us. Other organizations we are working with, including The Oaks Fellowship and Eastridge Christian Assembly, are putting the effort to work in their community. Monty has been taking the message of The C4 Group to an array of audiences, from young people in a leadership college to world-changers at Christ for the Nations, all across the country, from Washington state to Washington, DC.
